Our team brings together expertise across air conditioning, refrigeration, project delivery, service, operations and customer support. That means every project is supported by people who understand both the technical detail and the importance of making the whole process simple for our customers.
Whether we’re designing and installing a new air conditioning system, responding to a fault, carrying out planned maintenance or supporting a commercial client across multiple sites, we work closely as one team from start to finish.
We’re proud to be based in Abingdon and to support customers throughout Oxford, Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas. Our engineers are DBS checked, and we place the same emphasis on professionalism, communication and care as we do on the quality of the engineering itself.

Sue Pike
Sue has a wealth of experience from key management positions within the hotel, real estate, advertising and hospitality sectors. She oversees all operational activities, and translates strategic plans into actionable operations whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service. Sue fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the Oxford Air team and manages the Company’s compliance, contractors and national accounts.
Darren Crawley
Darren has over 35 Years experience in the Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC & Refrigeration sector. Darren works on commercial and residential projects of all sizes and has a specialism in multi-trade and tender projects.
Matt Pike
Matt provides the link between the Engineering team and the Service Admin team with a foot in each camp. Matt divides his team between the office and client sites, working on sales quotations, finance administration & service operations in the office, working on planned preventative maintenance and assisting the engineers in the field.
Sophie Godfrey
Sophie oversees the day-to-day operations at Oxford Air, helping to keep everything running smoothly from customer enquiries through to completed projects. She coordinates stock, suppliers and deliveries, supports sales and marketing activity, and helps develop the systems and processes that keep the team organised and customers well looked after.
